    Monday        09.00      Energise & Strengthen - a new class to inspire you for the week ahead!   A more dynamic yoga                                                                      practise, but variations will make it  suitable for all.   Create flexibility, strength and energy.   ZOOM ONLY

    Friday             11.00      Begin your practise with fun dance-like activations to warm up the body. This will be followed by Energy                                                   Block Release sequences  to encourage energy flow, traditional postures, pranayama, relaxation and                                                         meditation. Your zoom experience will be alongside the live studio class
